Internal Account Reporting

  • System administrators and team members can submit safety and abuse reports directly through the Support Ticket module within their active account dashboard.

External Email Reporting

  • Users, clients, and external organizations can submit urgent child safety concerns, system abuse reports, or policy feedback directly to our safety desk.

  • Email: info@sociair.com

Moderation and Review

  • Our moderation and safety team reviews all submitted reports promptly and takes immediate enforcement action.
